1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after the date you receive your physical item to request a formal return. Requests initiated after this 30-day window cannot be accepted for a refund.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your items must meet our strict product safety guidelines:

  • Items must be in only new, unused, and unworn condition exactly how you received them.

  • Items must have all original product tags attached and remain completely sealed in their original packaging.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt, invoice, or official proof of purchase from our store.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page or reach out directly to our dedicated customer support team at support@modamystique.store.

Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for your request. Once our team approves your request, we will email you specific mailing instructions. Please note: Packages sent back to us without prior return authorization cannot be accepted or processed.

4. Return Method & Shipping Fees

  • Return Method: All approved product returns must be processed strictly By Mail.

  • Customer Remorse Fees: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer remorse, you are responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping fees.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, broken, or incorrect, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. For verified defective items, Moda Mystique will cover 100% of the return shipping costs ($0.00 merchant cost).

  • Restocking Fees: We believe in absolute transparency. We charge No Restocking Fees ($0.00 cost) on any qualified returns.

5. Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges or automated item swaps. If you need a different size, color, or item, the most efficient path is to return your original item under our standard policy. Once that return is inspected and approved, you can independently place a fresh, separate order for the new replacement product through our storefront.

6. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your return shipment is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued straight back to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for your banking institution or credit card company to officially clear and post the funds to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain specialty categories are completely excluded from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final clearance or sale collection items

  • Opened or unsealed personal care items
